Hey Upper East Siders, PlusOneand Its looks like Blake Lively has someone special on her arm.
The Gossip Girl alum recently hosted a surprise screening of her upcoming film It Ends With Us—and although husband Ryan Reynolds was MIA, Blake kept her date in the family.
The 36-year-old joked on her Instagram July 10 that she brought "the hottest plus one" in Ryan's mom Tammy Reynolds.
Blake also gave peak into the rest of the evening, including the floral jeans she made for costar Brandon Sklenar, and styling newcomer Isabela Ferrer in her own clothes "because she came straight from her job at a restaurant in Brooklyn."
And while Tammy was able to celebrate with Blake, unfortunately Ryan—with whom Blake shares kids James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4, and a fourth child born in February 2023—was missing from the festivities, as he's off promoting his upcoming film Deadpool & Wolverine (but don't worry, he still has time for posting thirst traps).
However, Blake's movie preview was far from the first time Tammy has gotten a chance to live out a Hollywood fantasy, as she and Ryan surprised fans when they attended a taping of The View in June.
"My mom is here visiting her grandkids," Ryan explained to host Whoopi Goldberg from the audience. "And yesterday she said, 'It's my dream to go to The View.'"
So of course, the 47-year-old called in a favor to make sure her dream came true.
"I try to do what she says because you don't know what she's capable of—unspeakable violence, my whole life," he joked. "I said, 'Let's go to The View.' I made a call, I said, 'I'm Blake's husband, I'd like to come to The View. Does that get us a little further?' Here we are."
